These Terms & Conditions apply to Oak Labs LLC ("Oak Labs") and Acorn by Oak Labs, the missed-call text-back service for local shops.
SMS Terms
People who call a participating shop and don't reach anyone, or who submit the shop's web form, may get a text from that shop about their inquiry. Conversations are forwarded to the shop owner.
Consent works when you call the shop or submit its web form with the consent box checked. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply.
Reply STOP to opt out. Reply HELP for help.
